My Homes success story

When UD moved into the program, one of her goals was to register for school as she wanted to complete her Grade 12 and go on to post secondary schooling. UD has a history of struggling with social anxiety and her attendance at school, which subsequently caused her to avoid taking steps towards her education in general. UD went to Nutana Collegiate on December 15 with support staff, and got registered for school to start after the winter break. UD started school on January 4, and has been making a huge effort to attend since that time. She has been attending most days, and when she isn’t at school, she works on her homework at home! She has been keeping up with her studies and received a mark of 87% this month on one of her assignments!
