The Board of Directors of the Saskatoon Downtown Youth Centre Inc. - EGADZ is made up of government and non-government agencies that have a vested interest in “hard to serve” youth. A member agency is one that provides a service to the target population by way of direct service at the Centre, direct referral to their agency’s program(s), or through direct funding for the operation of the Centre. One representative from each member agency together forms the Board of Directors.
The Saskatoon Downtown Youth Centre Inc. - EGADZ is a registered non-profit organization. The Board of Directors is in place to set policy and regulate the operation of the organization and all it entails.

B) Executive Committee
The Executive Committee is comprised of a Chairperson, Treasurer, and two Directors at Large who are Board member representatives that are elected for set terms in accordance of the organizations Constitution. The Executive Committee oversees the daily affairs and business in addition to providing direction and supervision for the Administrative staff of the Centre.
C) Associate Agencies
The Saskatoon Downtown Youth Centre Inc. - EGADZ does provide both on and off site services and programs, however EGADZ does seek to utilize agencies from within the community that have services and/or programs specific to needs and issues of youth that can be a positive and beneficial resource. Associate agencies are not represented on the Board of Directors.
